A stereo “3-way” system consisting of a full range closed box speaker, crossed over to a dipole subwoofer tower.
A back firing tweeter illuminates the room with high frequency sound, covering for the full range speaker’s narrowing dispersion at higher frequencies.
The crossover electronics are contained in a metal case next to the amplifier (instead of within the speaker enclosure).
